Return & Exchange Policy

Our store follows a strict no refunds or exchange policy. However, we will may only review the refund request if deemed eligible, based on case by case scenarios. For enquires please, contact us at or call us at +65 6444 9189.

Customers are advised to check all items and deemed satisfied before buying any item from us. We will try to be as accurate as possible when detailing a product but we might not be able to put in micro details up to customers' expectations. We recommend you to come down to our shop to have a look before purchasing said item or product.

Shipping Policy

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

Customer Care

Everything you see for sale here or from our Facebook Page is the Actual Item unless  stated otherwise. All Items will be bubble packed and every precaution taken to ensure a safe arrival to you. Customers are strongly advised to buy insurance for any item being bought here on our website or facebook page as we will not be responsible for any loss or damages after it has been shipped out from our premises. Customers will pay for all packaging and delivery costs involved.

An invoice and email confirmation will be sent to customers as soon as an order is placed.


For all Wholesale purchases, there will be a minimum quantity required. There will be no Consignments or Credits.
